Private Oceanfront Estate — Completed 2025
This 19,000-square-foot coastal estate sits on 1.7 acres of private beachfront in the Florida Keys. The project was originally developed by an investment company as a high-end real estate venture, and I was brought on to lead the interior design and remodeling. From early concept to final construction, I collaborated closely with the development team to bring the vision of modern, resort-style living to life.
The residence features nine bedrooms and ten baths, blending modern architecture with natural coastal materials to maximize light, openness, and ocean views. My scope included concept development, spatial planning, finish selection, and all 3D renderings, ensuring a cohesive design language that merged comfort and sophistication.
The interiors emphasize effortless luxury, expansive living areas, cathedral ceilings, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. Finishes include imported tile, natural stone, and custom millwork. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, complemented by a full bar, wine room, and outdoor summer kitchen for entertaining.
Amenities include a 100-foot resort pool with beach entry, spa, gym, media and game rooms, and an executive office. The property also includes a three-bedroom guest house, nine garage doors accommodating up to eight vehicles, and a private gated entry.
Every detail was curated for refined coastal living, balancing grand scale with intimate luxury in a timeless modern design.
